How long does delivery take?
Ex-stock machines ship within 5 working days. Built-to-order machines take 3 to 12 weeks, depending on size; the lead time is shown on every catalogue row and confirmed in your quotation.
Do you install and commission on site?
Yes. Our field engineers install, align and commission every machine, then train your operators. Installation is quoted per site, including cranage and transport.
What does the warranty cover?
24 months on parts and labour for structural and drive components. Wear parts such as jaw plates, liners and screen mesh are covered for manufacturing defects.
Can you build to our drawings or site layout?
Most of our work is custom. Send drawings or a site sketch and an engineer will size the machine, then share 3D layouts for sign-off before fabrication.
Do your spare parts fit other brands?
We stock wear parts for common European and Asian crushers and screens. Send the model and serial plate photo and we will confirm fit within one working day.
Do you export outside Malaysia?
Yes, to 14 countries. Prices are quoted FOB Port Klang, and we can arrange CIF shipping and export documents.
