How fast can you deliver a machine?
Stocked models leave Rawang within a week. Made-to-order presses and lines take 4 to 14 weeks; your quotation shows a confirmed date.
Is installation and training included?
Yes, for every machine in Peninsular Malaysia. Sabah and Sarawak installations are quoted with travel. Operator training is done on your site, in BM or English.
What does the 18-month warranty cover?
All parts and labour for manufacturing faults, from the date of commissioning. Consumables such as filters, belts and seals are excluded.
Can you service machines from other brands?
Our technicians service most compressors, presses and conveyors in Malaysia. Send the nameplate photo and we will confirm parts availability.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yearly contracts include scheduled visits, priority call-outs and 10% off spare parts. Add one in step 2 of the quote form.
