The jaw crusher range
Output depends on rock hardness and closed-side setting. Figures for granite at 20 MPa feed strength.
Where it works
The same frame and jaw geometry, set up differently for hard rock, mixed demolition waste and abrasive ore.
Primary crushing at the face or behind the dump hopper, feeding a cone and screens for road base and concrete aggregate.
Hardox-lined chute and an overband magnet pull rebar out, so crushed concrete sells as recycled aggregate.
Tin tailings, iron ore and bauxite. Heavier toggle, sealed bearings and remote vibration monitoring for long shifts.

A TM-JC800 now feeds the existing cone. The hydraulic toggle cut setting changes from half a shift to twenty minutes.
A mobile TM-JC600 crushes slab and kerb on site. What used to go to landfill now leaves as 0–40 mm recycled aggregate.
Reversible Mn18Cr2 plates and a tighter feed curtain doubled the time between plate changes on abrasive feed.

An engineer visits, samples your feed and confirms the model and setting.

Questions buyers ask
Take your hourly target and the largest rock your loader drops in. The feed opening should be about 1.2 × that rock size; the output range in the table above then narrows it to one model. Send us both figures and an engineer confirms within 48 hours.
Yes. Choose the diesel drive in the configurator. It adds about two weeks and 900 kg, and comes with a 1,000 L day tank and remote fuel gauge.
On granite, a set typically crushes 150,000–200,000 tonnes per side. The plates are reversible, so you flip them once before replacing. Limestone and recycled concrete give much longer life.
24 months on parts and labour for the frame, shaft and bearings, and 12 months on the motor. Wear parts are covered against manufacturing defects only.
We buy back older Teras and other makes as part payment. Rebuilt units are sold with a 12-month warranty and their own test record.
We work with Malaysian leasing companies on 3- to 5-year hire purchase. A quote can include the monthly instalment on request.
