Can you replace a pump that is no longer made?

Yes. Send us the nameplate and the flange-to-flange length. We match the duty point and supply a pump on a matching baseplate, or an adaptor spool, so your pipework stays as it is.

How fast can I get a mechanical seal?

Seals for every Arus pump since 1992 are stocked in Klang and ship the same day for orders before 3 pm. For other makes, most cartridge seals arrive within five working days.

Are pumps tested before delivery?

Every pump gets a hydrostatic test at 1.5 × design pressure. Pumps above 30 kW also run on our performance test bench, and you are welcome to witness the test.

What does the free energy audit involve?

An engineer logs flow, pressure and power on your largest pumps for one week, then shows where they run against their curves and what an upgrade would save.

Which material should I choose for palm oil effluent?

Duplex 2205 for impellers and casings. POME is hot, acidic and carries sand, which wears cast iron out within one season. The selector above picks it automatically.

Do you supply to Sabah and Sarawak?

Yes, through stockists in Kota Kinabalu and Kuching, with field service from our Kuantan team on planned shutdowns.
