Questions, answered
How long does delivery take?
West Malaysia: 2–4 working days, free on orders above RM150 (RM8 below). Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: 5–8 working days, flat RM18. Every order is packed in paper and rice husk, no plastic.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Send it back unused and in its original wrap and we refund you in full. Made-to-order pieces can be exchanged but not refunded.
How do I care for handmade stoneware?
Most of our ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe — check the care tab on each piece. Avoid sudden temperature changes, and hand-wash glazes you want to keep bright for longer.
Do you gift wrap?
Add batik cloth wrap and a handwritten note for RM12 in your cart. The cloth is reusable — most people keep it as a tea towel or a scarf.
Something arrived broken. What now?
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will send a replacement straight away, no need to return the broken piece.
