Send your invoices to LHDN in one batch file.
- 1Download the file
Tick the invoices and press Download MyInvois file. You get LHDN’s own batch Excel, already filled in.
- 2Upload in MyInvois
Log in to the MyInvois Portal, open Drafts → Batch Upload and upload the file.
- 3Submit in the portal
LHDN checks every invoice. Submit the drafts, then copy the LHDN number back here if you want it on the invoice.
Upload often: LHDN expects e-Invoices to be submitted within 72 hours of issue. Up to 100 invoices per file.
