1. Quotation and payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). A quotation is valid until the date shown on it. Work starts once the deposit shown on your quotation is received. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. The balance must be paid in full before the website goes live or any files are handed over. Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise. If a payment is late, we may pause work and hold back the handover until payment is received. Bank charges and payment gateway fees on your side are paid by you.
2. Scope and changes
The price covers only the work listed on your quotation. Extra work or changes in scope are quoted separately before we start them. Each website includes 2 free fix rounds. A fix round is one list of changes sent together, within the approved design. Further rounds are charged. Changes to a design or feature that you have already approved count as new work. Logo design, writing text and taking photos are not included unless they are listed on your quotation.
3. Content and timeline
You provide all content on time: text, images, logo, product details and any logins we need. The timeline starts when we have received all of your content. Late content or late feedback moves the timeline. Rush delivery carries an extra fee. If content arrives late, the rush date moves and the rush fee still applies. If a project is on hold for more than 30 days because we are waiting for you, we may close it. Payments already made are not refunded. Restarting a closed project may be charged. You are responsible for checking that all text, prices and details on your website are correct before it goes live.
4. Approval and launch
We share a preview for you to check. When you approve it, or 7 days pass without feedback after we send it, the work is treated as accepted. After launch, problems caused by our own work that you report within 14 days are fixed at no cost. New requests and changes after that are charged.
5. Hosting, domain and other costs
We do not sell hosting or domains. They stay in your own account, and you pay their fees directly to the provider. You give us access to your hosting when we need to put the website live or make changes. Paid plugins, payment gateways and other third-party services are not included unless they are listed on your quotation. Their own fees and terms apply. We are not responsible for downtime, expiry or other problems caused by your hosting or domain provider.
6. Ownership and content rights
Ownership of the website passes to you after full payment. Until then, all work remains ours. Our own code, tools and plugins used in your website stay ours. You receive the right to use them on your website. You confirm that you have the rights to all content you give us, such as text, photos and logos. You are responsible for any claim caused by that content. We may show the finished website in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Results and liability
We do not guarantee search rankings, visitors, sales or other business results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, profit or data. We are not responsible for problems caused by hosting providers, third-party services, or changes made by you or others after handover. After handover, you are responsible for keeping your own backups and logins safe, unless you are on one of our care plans.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a project by telling us in writing. Work done up to that date is charged, and the deposit is not refunded. We may end a project if payments are not made, or if communication becomes abusive. Work done up to that date is charged.
9. Privacy and confidentiality
We keep your business information and logins private and use them only to do your project. We do not share your details with anyone, except services we need to deliver the work, such as hosting and domain providers.
10. General
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as power or internet outages, illness or natural disasters. Messages by email or WhatsApp count as written notice. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quotation applies to that project. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
